This course is aimed at personnel who will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Celeste system and is designed to provide the essential skills and knowledge needed for effective use of the system.

- Introduction to computer-based SCADA systems
- Operational/System overview
- Layout of equipment and facilities
- System Start Up, Logging In/Out
- Graphics/Group displays, controls, remotes and attributes
- Alarm displays, alarm handling and event searches
